Las Vegas... Sin City... The city that never sleeps!

Whether you've gone to gamble, see a show or take in the bright lights, Vegas really is a place for everyone!

From riding the roller coaster at New York New York to looking out over the city at night from the top of the stratosphere with a beer in hand there is always something to do how ever adventurous your feeling.

Ramsey has done a great job of opening up a British style pub in Ceasers Palace, tenants on draught and some great pub snacks! I tried the nachos -which surprised me because they were really crisps! And the sausage rolls were served with HP brown sauce.

Nachos and Sausage Rolls with a Pint of Miller Lite and a Gin cocktail for the mrs!

In Monte Carlo there was a bar with over 150 lagers on tap. I thought I'd died and gone to lager heaven! Unfortunately this isn't there anymore! If you've not been you've missed a treat but if you have you'll know just how good it was and how difficult it was to choose a drink!

Whilst here I tried the Sin City Lager - Brewed in Vegas only sold in Vegas. if you can find it you should try it!

By day I'd recommend just sitting by the pool catching some rays, made even better by having a bucket of bud light and bud light lime by your side! (Above)

We stayed at Tropicana, located near the top of the strip opposite Excalibur and next door to the MGM Grand. Swim up blackjack is a must whilst staying here and if you win big get a cabana for the day!

By night Tap bar at the MGM grand is great. I ordered a tall miller light thinking it would be little bigger than a pint! When it arrived it was just short of a litre!

They had a great motto in there!

If frozen cocktails are your thing then Fat Tuesdays is the place for you. Buy your cup and then get it refilled (for a cheaper price) at multiple vendors up and down the strip!

If you fancy a change try the original strip - Fremont street in downtown Las Vegas. There is plenty to see and do down there. The canopy over the street has a free light show every day, there's street performers on every corner and if your feeling brave there is the zip line down the length of the street - but be sure to book this in advance.

The pool at the Golden Nugget is an unbelievable experience. A shark tank in the middle of the pool and a slide right through it! Again this was made even better with a bucket of Miller Lite by my side! (Shark tank by night at the Golden Nugget)

There is plenty of sights and things to do in Vegas if you want a break away from the tables and slot machines, from riding a Gondola in the Venetian, going up the Eiffel tower in Paris, watching a volcano erupt at the Mirage, the famous fountains at the Bellagio to seeing a pirate show at treasure island there is something to do for everyone and once you've been you'll want to go back. I've been 4 times and already can't wait to start planning my next trip!
